Chapelle Saint Pierre Rosé

A colorful rosé in the typical Languedoc style with lots of ripe red fruit on the nose. In addition to raspberries and red currants, there is also some plum and white chocolate. A lovely melt on the palate, not only charmingly fruity but also pleasantly herbal: dried sage and rosemary provide additional complexity.
