Clear and delicately juicy, a sublime presence with power, broad shoulders and a firm backbone, invigoratingly fresh and very expressive, emerging minerality with a touch of salinity but also a distinct apple note, more like baked apple or strudel, has consistency, complex and multi-layered with a touch of bitterness on the palate, very balanced, long finish with again plenty of apple in the aftertaste.
