Tart, nutty, slightly tobacco-like, and light-woody aroma with restrained, yet fresh yellow fruit and yeasty aromas, vegetal notes, a hint of bacon, and mineral tones. Ripe, firm, juicy fruit, plenty of grip and a fine bite, yeasty notes and aromas of partly candied nuts on the palate, persistent, quite dense, with a certain power and depth, subtle vegetal notes in the background, some salt, also spice reminiscent of caraway and a touch of cardamom, delicately sweet, melting, very good finish.
