Our Trollinger has a mild aroma with well-rounded fruit notes of strawberries, cherries, and red currants, among others. Its character is velvety with a harmoniously integrated acidity. The red grape variety Trollinger has been cultivated in Württemberg since the 18th century. The Trollinger vine can only be planted in the best vineyards and is a late-ripening variety.
