Sancerre AOC Mélodie de Vieilles Vignes Gaudry - Vincent Gaudry

Vincent Gaudry composes this cuvée from the oldest vines, which are over 50 years old. All of his wines tend to be cautious when they are young and need a certain degree of bottle maturity in order to reveal their range of aromas and complexity, which is particularly true here. Restrained flint mineral notes on the nose, with lemon juice, lime, mirabelle jam, sage and hay, still incredibly compact, with a strong acid structure, subtle and with a lot of potential.
