Schlossberg Grauburgunder GG - Franz Keller

The steep Schlossberg slope has calcareous volcanic rock. The vines were cultivated using the Selection Massale method to preserve the genetic diversity in the vineyard. The twelve-month aging in large wooden barrels and the subsequent 6-month maturation on the full yeast give the wine its character and delicate melt. Aromas of ripe citrus fruits combine with herbal, green notes and nuts. The finish of this Pinot Gris is salty, mineral, fresh and long-lasting.
