Lemberger VDP.Grosse Lage Stettener Berge GG Karl Haidle

The 2021 Lemberger BERGE GG is still very reserved on the nose and suggests a cool aroma. With this grape variety and the vintage, some brittleness and hardness would not be surprising. Instead, wonderfully spicy aromas of juniper, pepper and a nice tobacco spice. On the palate, it shows a dense structure, rich fruit, some graphite and very nicely integrated tannins. The initially cool aromas transform into a pleasant warmth and give the wine a juicy and long finish.
