Tercic Scemen Venezia Giulia IGT Sauvignon 0,75 ℓ

The Scemen white wine is produced by the Terčič company, located in San Floriano del Collio, in the province of Gorizia, close to the north-eastern border between Italy and Slovenia. It consists of Savignon Blanc grapes, which first of all undergo a cold skin maceration of 20 hours. Fermentation takes place in French oak barriques, where the wine subsequently ages for 8 months. Straw yellow in color, it reveals aromas of ripe tropical fruit and smoky hints on the nose. The sip is full and soft, with a savory finish. It goes very well with grilled fish.
