The alternation between cold winters and summers with marked temperature variations favors the aromatic development of the Italian white grapes used for its production.The de-alcoholization process is carried out through an advanced distillation procedure in vacuum evaporation columns. In the first phase, volatile aromas are recovered and then reintegrated into the wine. Subsequently, ethanol is gradually removed through controlled evaporation, until a product with zero alcohol content is obtained. Thanks to the technology used, the organoleptic characteristics of the original wine are preserved, maintaining the aromas and the pleasure on the palate intact.In appearance, it is a brilliant straw yellow with luminous reflections.
