Podere Guado al Melo Rute Bolgheri DOC Rosso 0,75 ℓ

The Bolgheri Rosso Rute from Podere Guado al Melo was born on the Bolgheri hills, in an area with high summer variations between day and night. It is mainly produced with Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and Syrah grapes, harvested and selected exclusively by hand. After fermentation at a controlled temperature, the wine matures for approximately 12 months in first and second passage oak barrels and for another 3 months in steel. Subsequently the wine ages for at least 12 months in the bottle before being released on the market. It is characterized by a ruby red color with purple reflections. The nose opens with an elegant bouquet of small red fruits, enriched with delicate hints of blueberry, currant, tobacco and spices. On the palate it is intense and soft, with a good structure and a harmonious and long finish. Perfect to serve with Tuscan crostini and with cold cuts and cured meats, it is ideal in combination with first courses with meat sauces, oven roasts and noble poultry.
