The Chianti Classico Clemente VII Riserva of the Castelli del Grevepesa winery is born in vineyards located in the areas of Greve in Chianti. It is produced exclusively with Sangiovese grapes, harvested only by hand. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of 30 ° C for 20 days. Subsequently the wine ages in barrique for 36 months and for further 3 months in bottle. It is characterized by an intense ruby red color. The nose opens with aromas of berries, enriched with pleasant spicy notes and elegant hints of vanilla. On the palate it is full, pleasantly balanced and of excellent structure. The wine has a harmonious and persistent aftertaste. Perfect to accompany red meats and game, it is ideal in combination with aged cheeses.
