Castelli del Grevepesa Elianto Toscana IGT Vermentino 0,75 ℓ

The Tuscan white wine Elianto is produced by Castelli del Grevepesa, a social winery founded in 1965, which today brings together over 120 member companies. It consists of 100% Vermentino grapes from the Upper Maremma. They are fermented in thermocontrolled steel tanks. The wine is finally aged in the same containers for at least a month. Straw yellow in color, the nose has aromas of white peach. The sip is fresh and almondy, with a discreet persistence. Ideal with vegetable-based dishes and grilled fish.
