This Champagne Brut Nature Silver is produced by the Maison André Clouet, founded in 1741 and located in Bouzy, in the Montagne de Reims. Champagne is made from Pinot Noir grapes which, once vinified, are aged for 90% in steel tanks and 10% in wooden barrels. Following the sparkling process, the wine ages on the lees for 36 months. It has a straw yellow color in the glass and a fine and persistent perlage. The nose reveals aromas of ripe white fruit and delicate toasted notes. The taste is creamy, with moderate acidity and excellent persistence. Excellent as an aperitif, it is excellent throughout the meal.
