Subsequently, the wine undergoes a second fermentation in a closed-valve autoclave for 30-40 days, while the aging occurs in steel tanks on the lees, giving it more complexity and finesse.It presents a straw yellow color with greenish highlights. On the nose, it is intense and floral, with notes of fresh, crisp white-fleshed fruit and citrus.
