The harvest takes place in mid-September, when the grapes reach the right maturity for an intense aromatic profile. The vinification follows the Martinotti method, with red maceration and fermentation in steel tanks. The result is a wine of good drinkability and freshness, with a balanced residual sugar that makes it appreciated both at the table and as a convivial drink. It has an intense ruby red color with purple hues. The nose features aromas of cherry, black cherry and berries, with a light floral hint of violet. The palate immediately perceives freshness and flavor, accompanied by a light tannic texture and a pleasantly long finish. Perfect to pair with cured meats, cheeses, first courses and meats typical of Emilian cuisine, it also adapts to traditional dishes of various Italian cuisines.
