Mustilli Sannio Greco DOC 0,75 ℓ

This Sannio Greco comes from the Presta and Pozzillo di Mustilli vineyards located in the municipality of Sant'Agata dei Goti, at an altitude of 250 meters above sea level, from volcanic, limestone and clayey soils. The grapes are harvested by hand. Fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C for 15 days. The wine matures in steel to retain the freshness of its fragrant aromas. It has a deep straw yellow color with golden nuances. The olfactory picture is dominated by floral sensations of anise and white peach, with hints of dried apricot and almond milk. On the palate it has a dry, fresh, soft and savory taste, with a good balance. It accompanies fish dishes, both fresh and salt water, fresh cheeses and risottos.
