The color Tio Pepe presents itself as a pale light gold. The bouquet reveals a fine mix of aromas, including almonds, olives, apple, bread crust and dried herbs such as lovage. The scent is airy, elegant and unmistakably Tio Pepe. On the palate, the wine is dry and extremely fresh, accompanied by a lively, almost racy acidity. The aromas of almonds, olives, some apple and a hint of sea salt come into their own again. The structure is finely mineral, the wine appears light and at the same time full-bodied, with a long, elegant aftertaste.
