Corley Vineyards, LP - Home Page Welcome Corley Vineyards, LP Where High Tech Meets Old World!!! Corley Vineyards, LP was founded in 1998 when owners Gene and Lorinda Corley purchased 7.76 acres in the "Vinelands" area of Palisade, Colorado.Grapes were originally grown in the Vinelands in the late 1800's, and the area is noted for its moderate climate, brilliant days and cool nights. The nearby Colorado River provides water for the vineyard.In the Spring of 1999, the vineyard was planted and construction began on a state of the art winery.Currently, Chardonnay, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are growing in the vineyard.Our first crush was done in the fall of 1999 with grapes purchased from local Colorado growers. Our first estate harvest and crush was completed in the fall of 2001. This estate wine is currently aging in oak barrels. ATTENTION!!!! The winery tasting room is now open. Call for an appointment!
